Outline - What are you grateful for?

Everybody should say once a day what are they grateful for. Time flies and "Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans." - John Lennon. 

  • Say what you think no matter how silly it would be 
    1. Say "I love you"
    2. Say "Thank you"

  •  Be honest
    1. Stop complaining 
    2. Realize all the things you have

  • Enjoy every second
    1. Take an hour for you everyday
    2. Wander

We all are lucky in a way or another, but not everybody can see it. So If you have the time, after being all day at university and you come home walking don't think what you did or what you're going to do, feel the sun on your cheeks or the wind on you back.
